In their 7th year at Hogwarts, Remus and Sirius had meet their mate; Nicola 'Nikki' Prewett. She was perfect for them in every way and their love was felt by everyone who knew the throuple. Then after graduation she disappeared without a trace. 

Years later, as they're saying goodbye to Harry on September 1st they meet a set of twins who (though they don't know it) are the key to finding their lost love. 

~Aries stepped forward first "My name is Aries Wisp!" He said, holding out his hand to Lily. When she took his hand, Aries lifted her hand to his lips, kissing her knuckles and shooting a wink at her. 

This prompted Leo to smack the back of his twins head, shaking his head at him.

Leo stepped closer to his brother and leaned over to him "Easy Romeo. I can smell the Burrow. Aunt Molly is almost here." Leo whispered so quietly to his brother that the only one who was able to catch what he said to his twin was Remus. This caused Remus to raise his brow quizzically. "I apologize about my idiot twin. My name is Leo Wisp." He also held out his hand to shake theirs. ~
