Derek Shepherd was a business man. He sells expensive sports cars and works as architect with his brother as a side job. He is also MARRIED.
Meredith Grey was a successful Fashion Designer who also renovates building and houses. She is MARRIED.
Both couples live in Italy . They think they've found the love of their lives, but will meeting a new friend/ business partner hurt or help a relationship.
