Quirk: Ionic Wind
Notes: This quirk allows the user to use the concept of ionic wind propulsion in order to fly. The user gains a green lightning - like energy field, christened as "Full Cowl". Full Cowl then subjects air molecules to an electric charge. And when the charged molecules interfere with neutral(non-charged) ones, part of their momentum is transferred, leading to air movement strong enough to pull the user off the ground. The propulsion travels in one direction and lasts only for 15 seconds if not prompted by the user (length of propulsion can be increased with training), followed by a 4 - second grace period where the user is almost weightless. This time could be used to control the users Pitch, Yaw, and Roll axes - right before using their quirk to propel themself again, or as a buffer before landing.

Burns - if quirk is pushed too far
Nausea - If flipping in the air too much
