During the 19th war a lab exploded. 100 people gained powers now known as quirks from the war. after the war these people grew a bigger population away from the humans without quirks. Once the quelled population found out about the 20% of people with quirks a war broke out. Both side agreed on one thing. The war will only stop if the people with quirks got mind wiped about how they gained their quirks.

Then, a chain reaction occured, as generation passed more and more superhuman people became common and these "powers" were the norm. We called these "quirks" and the people who could exercise usage of these abilities were called "Heroes" Today, as 80% of the population became more and more superhuman with numbers increasing, monsters were less of a threat and Humanity gradually began to push back. And now Izuku Yagi, quirkless in a world of quirks, is left to figure out exactly where he stands in this world
