Twenty-two-year-old Nora Del Luna is a banshee, and all she hears are the voices inside her head whispering impending deaths. Always consumed by guilt and grief, Nora decides she is going to save the next person who is destined to die-and she succeeds.

But when you save a life from their end, there are consequences for interfering with Fate's threads.
An immortal man, preferably liked to be known as The Capturer of Souls, visits Nora to reclaim another soul for the one she took as part of her punishment. Yet, The Capturer of Souls finds himself enraptured when he first sees Nora and offers her a deal she cannot reject. It is the one thing Nora has craved since the beginning of her torment.

Silence.

However, The Capturer of Souls comes back for Nora again. This time he needs something else from her-an omen. But before Nora can give The Capturer of Souls his omen the two must work together to deliver messages from the dead to the living. As they encounter the macabre, Nora suddenly becomes a target of attacks by witches and warlocks and must awaken a dormant power inside her.

Will Nora keep her silence or unleash her power?

Secrets become unveiled, a deadly romance brews, and as always-a death at every corner.
