Physics are frowned upon in common society. The powers they are born with terrify everyone and even those who have them. First comes the confusion, then fear cripples inside. Worry makes you panic and that is when you run.
In a world where being physic is a bright flashing sign of murder, people like them must run. They must hide from the authorities and pry in the hopes of crossing the border. They might be treated like scums, but anything is better than being hunted down against your will.
