" Delphilia " { pronounced Del-feel-ya } is a book about a 13 year old girl who lives in the country of Otiana. This country is divided into 9 elemental sectors. Each sector is spaced out, and surrounded by a bubble that blocks out contact from other sectors. A prophecy arises stating that one person from each sector will be reincarnated from the dragons of their sector from ancient history. These 9 chosen ones will take on a task that no one could before.
