Not What It Seems: Eclipse

After shifting Ava is happy to know that she has a family other than Charlie who loves her and cares for her. Even just having Paul around seems to make her the happiest she had ever been.
She knows that they wouldn't lie to her about anything. Or would they?
What will she do when she finds out that not only her boyfriend but also her pack who is supposed to have her back, has been keeping a secret from her that could change her whole life?

"What?" Asks Ava as she steps back from the group sitting in front of her.
"Ava, I wanted to tell you." Says Sam and she shakes her head before looking at him with confusion and anger written all over her face.
"Ava, just listen." Says Paul and she looks at him with hurt and betrayal in her eyes.
"You knew." She states not needing him to answer.
"You all knew!" She yells when no one speaks.
Alison stands up with tears falling from her face but when she goes to approach Ava, Ava steps back towards the door.
"Ava wait." Calls Paul but she shakes her head.
"No, you're not my mother. And you are not my brother, because the only family I have is my father, Charlie Swan. He's the only person who has never lied to me." She says through gritted teeth as she struggles to keep her tears in.
"Ava." Paul calls out softly going to grab her hand but she pulls away.
"Don't touch me." She says even though those words pain her as she says them.
"Ava please." He pleads stepping towards her again.
"I have to go." She says before disappearing out the door.
