A terrorist attack hits the lively city of New York causing destruction, panic, and death. Morgan, a young mechanic, knows she isn't involved at all, so she is confused when she is thrown in cuffs and blamed. She didn't do it, but what's a woman's word against a government body that is framing her?
Fleeing from the East Coast to the West, she evades the police, FBI, and the CIA. It is incredibly difficult trying to figure out why you are being framed when you are actively being hunted.
