With Bucky going back into cryogenic sleep Harper Rhodes finds herself alone once more.
Dealing with the information about her past, wading through recovered memory after recovered memory, was difficult...but made slightly easier in the beautiful Wakandan atmosphere. Given an apartment of her own she spends her rehabilitation in the lab with the Wakandan princess, Shuri. Training in a simulation, trying to deal with her past and waiting for Bucky to return.
Until a long lost member of the Royal family shows up to take the crown. Erik Killmonger, recognising her from her past as the Black Mamba of Hydra, drags her into his regime and once more Harper finds herself used by a higher cause. Forced to do things she doesn't want to be a part of yet again...
