The future of Tanunn hangs in the balance.
Eliyen Virzana, Princess and Heir to the throne of Tanunn, is the mysterious hunter providing for her people. It's 230 AD, and Tanunn has been at peace since 150 AD thanks to the Unknown mage who split the world into two islands. The world had been constantly at war with the Dark Elves and Orcs.
Eliyen was raised a privileged life, one she's been trying to correct since her father's death. She's wanted nothing but to be accepted by her people as one of them. She dreams of not having to take the throne, of living in the middle of the country with a farm to tend to. 
But one day during Eliyen's daily hunt, her dreams are crushed.  She caught an Orc and Dark Elf on their side of the world, and her mother making a deal with them: She'll live forever as Eternal Ruler and Duciavar could wreak havoc under her order.
A mysterious person claiming to be the Unknown mage urges her to travel to Watdow Mountain where a wyvern has slumbered for the past few centuries. There the mage claims she'll find the Elemental Crown, the answers to all of her prayers and dreams.
But if she doesn't find the crown in time, Tanunn could crumble away into nothing.
And if she doesn't do anything, Tanunn will fall under her  mother's clutches, her people fodder for the taking.All Rights Reserved

Esme had one big fear in life: being captured as a thief by the city's guardsmen and being executed for her crimes, and that so heavily weighed on her mind that she increased her risks by being distracted in the middle of a heist. That's when she runs into Althalos Fourthborn: Inner Circle Guardsman, one of the many princes of the realm, an Aelif (Dark Elf, local dialect)...and her betrothed by treaty. (That was something her almost human mind could not handle.) So she calls off the heist, gets demoted into a far more risky job, learns the true bitter depth of what this treaty's bond is like, and lands safely by her prince's side....sort of. There were people who still wanted to end her life, even if she was in what most people would call a Happily Ever After. That and her prince had his own living fears that were gnawing at any chance they had. That and she might just lose her mind from everyday boredom. But the one she couldn't wrap her all-too human mind around was that she would one day grow wings and fly away from her almost Happily Ever After to live in a hive with ancestors more alien than a hottie with pointed ears and abandonment issues. ~~~~ Yes, there are adult themes in this book, and difficult subjects, but nothing is excessive, as this is probably my simplest story. So, trigger warnings: A history of assault. Occasional vulgar language. References to partial cannibaliam. Extremely mild, light, and rare sex scenes. At least one elitist mentality. ~~~~ Ages of MC/ML: Esme: Apparent age of 24, roughly 20 years lived (mostly human). Althalos: Apparent age of 30, roughly 65 years lived (Elves mature slower).

You all know the old fairy-tale's where an evil and cruel dragon kidnaps the princess because of her beauty and then knights in shinning armour arrives to save her. After saving her they get the half of the kingdom and marry the princess and lives happily ever after.. But this story is very different... There was once were a beautiful, kind princess named Lydia who got engaged to a prince, but the princess wasn't in love with him at all. One day as she was sleeping peacefully in her bed with her window opened, a dragon named Lithon attacked the kingdom. In it's attack on the kingdom the dragon flew to the castle and was going to destroy it from pure hatred for the royal family, but then he saw the princess through her open window. The dragon fell for her beauty immediately, so he decided to kidnap her, it would also be the perfect revenge on the royal family. So the dragon took the princess to his place, the princess was of course not happy about that and she did freak out. She didn't wanted to live with a dragon! But then, the dragon reached it's house and he changed into a handsome young man! Even though its forbidden for them to be together, the princess slowly fell for the dragon and the dragon fell for her.. but how will this fairy tale end..? like every other, where the prince comes and slay the dragon and gets the girl, or will it be different this time?
