The King's Advisor is a historical fantasy novel, which takes place in an imaginary island near the United Kingdom called Orien. Orien was once an empty island that turned into a vastly strong kingdom ruled by a family of royal blood, The Vons.
 The protagonist of the novel, Henry Cedric, is a middle aged man with a vast experience in sword fighting, which is of Scottish origin, is forced to travel back to his lover in Orien for top military reasons.
