Rough Rewrite/Sequel of something I wrote like, a decade ago.
Based off of the 2003 Ninja Turtles Series
Several years ago the turtles were lucky enough to befriend several humans during their adventures, making memories and growing stronger both as fighters and as individuals.
Now, as adults in their early twenties, their human friends enjoying college life, marriage, the prospect of children. Things spiral into a new adventure with old adversaries and a reminder to these same enemies that this group is not one to be fucked with.
Reintroducing the same girls I befriended years ago, we're still friends actually, and I wanted to reminisce old times. Viktoria, Odessa, Amber. You all might have known us as Tori, Celeste, and Amber Kagame lol

But in this underlying world of Adepts, Demons and secrets within secrets, unlocking their potential will be harder than you think. ~^~^~^~^~^ So, this is my 2014 Nanowrimo story, which is basically an attempt to rewrite Phoenix, where it shall go through major changes in plot, characters as well as effects of my new-and-improved writing style. Prologue I used to have a nightmare when I was younger. It was always the same order and the same impact. It started with the warmth of sand consuming my feet. I looked up to see a warzone. There were flashes of fire, water, and lightning. It was like a war of the gods. Suddenly I felt the heat on my back. I turned to see neon red and yellow flames consume me. I ran to hide in the bushes that were next to me, feeling out of breath I tried to calm myself down. Strands of dark red hair covered my face. I proceeded to swipe my hair and look at my surroundings. I heard sobbing coming from near me. I trudged through the bushes and toward the sobbing when I got to under a willow tree. "Hey, are you okay?" I asked. I saw a girl with long dark red hair being the cause of the sobbing. She had a huge gash on her forehead with blood trailing down her face. She also had burns on her arms and shirt. The boy was in much worse condition. He was covered in burns, she was covering his face with only his hair showing. They both had the same colored hair. Suddenly my necklace started to glow with an amber color. The girl in front of me had a similar amber glow. Two amber crowns sat on top of the pillow. One female and one male crown sat on top of the pillow. Once I walked closer the glow came back. Once I grabbed the tiara everything became white. I was once again in another room, I attempted to move but I mysteriously couldn't. A neon purple bolt of lightning hit my chest. We both locked eyes with each other. Was that me? Before I could find out, the ground started to be drained into a whole. I was sucked into the drain and everything soon became black and I was free-falling. My back soon hit the ground of the room. I rose to look at the surroundings of the new room I was in. I fell to my knees from the pain. Then a person walked forward and grabbed my face.Concluída

Just another day until one student begins a school shooting, killing teachers, students and staff. Most students were able to escape but some weren't so lucky and were taken as hostages. As the cops began to get close to arresting him, he begins to kill the hostages one by one quickly. As he reaches the last one, Y/N, 4 turtles shoot him and save you. Y/N wished to see them again and she did, down in an alley that she was walking through to get to her home. She meets one of the turtles, Swift. She is taken to their place after she was shot in the shoulder. She then began to fall for one of the turtles which bring a lot of craziness, betrayal, ect. Grace's Path
The world Grace grew up in, she accepted her father was hard on secrets. Heck half the rooms she walked past were in your face about staying away. April O'Neil: So, you wrote a book... Me: A long-ass book. April: A long-ass book! How did it come about? Me: Well, actually, I was just looking for a xreader story with an adult Donnie, where the female character is strong and independent, doesn't need to be rescued all the time, and isn't a giggling schoolgirl. April: And you didn't find anything? Me: Don't get me wrong, April! There are so incredibly great fanfics and xreader stories out there, and I ate them all up! But I needed a new kick and I wanted something epic, dramatic that involved the mystical powers of the turtles and their further developments. April: And then you started writing yourself? Me: The story came about on its own. In my head. And at some point I just had to write it down, otherwise I would have exploded. With the writing, it didn't become a typical xreader story with the "y/n" in it, because that had irritated me. I know that the "y/n" comes out of an inclusive thought, and I think that's good and right. Unfortunately it blocked me, the heroine in my story was too complex and too concrete, and so I gave it up, even if it was no longer a real xreader story. April: And now you're writing a second book? Me: Exactly. The sequel. I'm on it. April: Do you want to give us a little teaser? Me: Well, there's still Leo and his complicated relationship with my heroine.
