Mariana is a princess of a long line of royals and since she was born her role was to have a child that would take the place of her mother as ruler of her nation. In her family holds a magical trait that can create life gets passed down every other generation. Rulers of her land must have the trait or be destined to be a side character of their countries running's. Before Caelia is born her mother Velda is a sweet hearted princess who is not ready for the responsibility of being queen. Constantly haunted by being a disappoint to her mother who is much more deserving of her role as queen. During a royal event Velda is tricked by the prince of enemies lands and upsets the God of Life accidentally releasing the curse morate. After months of trying to stop the curse Velda gives birth to Caelia and is pressured to sacrifice her but ends up ending her own life to stop the curse. Caelia now 18 years of age has to battle the reawakening of the curse and discovering her own twisted version of her families powers.
