When Hades sees the beautiful Persephone, he falls in love instantly. But he, as king of the underworld, would never stand a chance with her, so he tries to put her out of his mind, but he does not succeed. And so he does something desperate: he rises from the underworld and takes her to his kingdom below.

"You can run little girl. Oh you can. But you can't hide from me".
