Semihuman (Book One of the Magical Series)

Nico thought he was a normal kid, but then strange creatures start appearing around him and even hurting him. Angela and Blake help him and they make more friends along the way. When they reach Blake's family safehouse, they get a message from Blake's parents that there is someone who needs their help. Along the way they learn about what and who they are.
I am not good with summaries, but this is a really interesting world I'm creating and I like where I'm going to take it. If you like Harry Potter or Percy Jackson this has some of those elements to it. I am rivising this book as I am posting it. I am in the beginning of that and will likely be editing it a lot. I am only going to post the beginning parts until I get closer to finishing it properly. I am looking for constructive criticism.
