Maddy grows up in a society that is brain dead,she can't help thinking she is the smartest person in the world little does she know a group of people called the super naturals are behind this.With brain dead people there's no wars, no breaking rules and no one will find out about,what they did,when they first gave babies the needle that would make them brain dead they haven't realized it wouldn't work on everyone,their was a 0.1% chance it wouldn't work on some, these people are called the Octavieans.

The class comes back to a new year, utterly shocked to find that 4 new students have joined their class. Everything starts out alright, but people are getting frantic.
