Sensitibong usapin ang rape at kailangan ng hakbang upang mag-ulat ng anumang sekswal na krimen, mahirap gawin at mahalaga na alam ito ng biktima at may mga sapat na detalye at tamang pamamaraan na susundan.
Ang problema sa rape sa ating bansa, maraming kaso ang hirap mapatunayan na narape ang isang biktima, at maaring sabihin gawang kwento lamang ito ng biktima. Minsan kung kakilala o karelasyon ng biktima ay pinabubulaanan na sila ay narape. Kaya maraming biktima ang kawawa at sinisisi sapagkat di sila napapaniwalaan lalo na kung walang witness o ebidensya na sila ay narape.
ANG RAPE AY PANGWAWASAK AT PANGAABUSO NG PAGKATAO NG ISANG BIKTIMA. Ang biktimang ito ay hindi dapat natin pigilang magsalita, bagkus tulungan natin silang makamit ang hustisya na hinahanap nila. Maraming pangarap ang naapektuhan sa mga naging biktima, pati ang pamilya at kaibigan nila ay apektado.
