Sano Chiyo, the twin sister of Sano Manjiro. Manjiro was childish while Chiyo was rebellious, these two although different were actually very alike.

They grew up together and did everything together, that includes creating a gang with some of their friends called Tokyo Manji Gang. This gang was small at first with the two Sano's being both presidents, being the strongest and most powerful.

However, as much as the Sano twins were alike and knew everything about each other. Sano Chiyo had a secret, a secret that if her brother found out she'd be dead.

The secret that she was dating an enemy of Toman.
