Months passed after Dreams death. Months of pure loneliness and despair for a brunette who mourned the loss of his best friend. A man he loved more than best friends did, but would never admit. George wished he could tell the blonde how he felt. He had nightmares that kept him fighting sleep until he had to lay down and rest and his friends worried for him. And after four long months, Dream came back. George thought so at least. But things took a turn for the worst. Maybe even the better. It wasn't at all as it seemed, but would George even care? Panic

Life is going fine for George until he starts feeling... weird. Everytime he talks to Dream, he gets butterflies- Yearning for the joyful sound of Dreams laugh- But, panic starts to set in. Their only best friends, right? George doesn't want anything more, at least he doesn't think. Fearing that these stupid feelings will ruin evrything, George decideds to take a break from the internet. Things in his life change. He loses his apatite. He loses sleep. And, hes losing his connection with Dream. Yet hes still panicking. As he starts to fall into a deep state of depression, he hears a knock at his door. "Who could that be" George groans as he walks across the cold, hard floor to the door. As he twists the handle, it creaks. Shock freezes his whole body. "Dream?!" Trigger Warnings throughout the book include - Panic attacks, anxiety attacks, vomiting, passing out, suicidal thoughts, attempt suicide, rude language, and physical violence.
