My journal was still there, but there was a page missing, DANG-IT, DANG-IT DANG-IT! My heart pounded. But I get up and just shrug, well it was bound to happen someday, after 66% of my kids died and my eldest started hanging around with his friends more often I'd been forgetful, I guess I had inadvertently of course, left the book in at our workplace...
This was originally an extra credit English assignment but I re did it and am posting it on here, This was flash fiction. I hope you all enjoy it also I don't think there will be any more parts to this :)

After Michael came to Henry for help one night, when the teenage boy broke out of the house and ran away in an act of desperation, Henry finally realizes what type of bad situation Michael is in. Not to mention, how terribly Evan's death is eating him up inside.
