When Oliver asks Pricilla to decorate his house for a Christmas party thrown for the foundation he is a part of she shows him Felicity’s designee.
But when and accident happens and Pricilla leaves Felicity in charge. Felicity has some time alone with Oliver and she meets him for who he really is and he slowly falls for her charming personality. Realizing that Pricilla is not the woman who he is willing to spend the rest of his life with but it is too late.
