This is a book that is full of heartbreak, drama, joy, and loss that is part of the human experience. This book may not be suitable for young readers. 

In a world where there is no harm no death. The last surviving humans have determined having emotions and creativity as well as individuality has been deemed distracting and unneeded in this new world. In the Utopia of Tracy one girl named Rose has been feeling strange. The 20-year-old woman is starting to feel things that she never felt. Will she be able to hide her condition from the leaders of Tracy. Or will she turn herself in and face "correction" surgery.

I wake up with a start. I had that dream again where I was somewhere I have never been. I saw huge graphics lit up and buildings surrounding me I think I was in a place called New York a city that's been gone since before I was born. I shake my head as I look around my room I see the sun is coming up. I guess I'm up now. My name is Rose I don't have a family name as it's been lost to time due to the rules in the place where I live called Tracy. Tracy was founded by the survivors of the earth after an outbreak of bird flu rendered humanity almost extinct.All Rights Reserved
