Kirishima isn't talkative and basically only talks when he starts to get angry and he gets angry easily, he doesn't have any friends while also not caring to. Bakugou is always angry but he somehow has the bakusquad. (without kiri in it) 

Kirishima and Bakugou has been in a lot of fights together since the school started. Kirishima likes him and doesn't know how to show it, he always thinks about it...
Maybe that's why he fights him so much but when him of all people?

Kirishima starts to all of a sudden have nightmares about his best friend, Bakugou. There is nothing he can do, he starts to fall into deep depression, talking to Midoriya only helps a little. He even begins avoiding Bakugou over all. He doesn't know how much he can handle before he breaks. Bakugou slightly brushes it off at first but starts to get really concerned about his good friend, Kirishima. He has been trying to talk but most of the time is responded with silence. He knows that Kirishima starts to talk to Midoriya a lot more and him less. He starts to get jealous? Kirishima begins to close himself off from everyone, he doesn't even want to talk to Midoriya or Bakugou. He still goes to school, but completely ignored when someone tries to talk to him. He starts wearing his hair down, and it starts to fade to its natural color. One day the villains attack, Kirishima wants to keep everyone safe, he wants to make sure he is the only that ever gets harmed during this. He doesn't want anyone to get hurt, he has been extremely cautious. Bakugou ignores Kirishima's warnings and goes after them anyways. 'I can't let it happen! I can't-' "KIRISHIMA!" They won't shut up. They won't stop telling the truth. Everyone is out to get the aspiring hero, and his mind won't let him trust anyone.
