Emily Johnson, the Slayer of now seven years was rather instrumental in helping hold off the hordes of vampires that had tried to gather at the Hell-Mouth, during the last school year, before her graduation.

Eric Johnson had finally gotten fed up with her not giving him the information, and he had just up and left her on her own in Sunnydale with no warning at all.

Emily shut everyone out of her life after that except for Giles, who'd taken on his Watcher duties, for her as of what had happened with Eric, and she had not quite been able to shut out Angel, who was the only person in Sunnydale with a key to her front door for emergencies.

When another threat rises in town in the form of a vampire that Angel knows all too well, and threatens to destroy them and Sunnydale, Emily has no choice about it, she jumps right in...
