While he Failed 200 Yeas and ago and the waste Energy released from Morphing Grid gave them the Genetic Disorder now known as Quirks. 

This is a Story of Izuku Midoriya who was Chosen as a Ranger to become a Power Ranger to protect the Earth from the Invasion of the Drakkon Army and Unknown Threats who are now going to appear on their Planet. Witness how he Prove everyone that it is not the Power but the Heart what Makes him a True Hero.
