Among the 95% Percent People filled with Quirk, Izuku Midoriya was Born Quirkless. All Might Crushed his Dream of becoming a Hero but while the World was playing with Heroes and Villains. The Terror of Lord Drakkon who set his Eyes in this World Morphing Grid to take full Control of this world. In Order to do this Drakkon has to Shatter the Grid Completely. While he Failed 200 Yeas and ago and the waste Energy released from Morphing Grid gave them the Genetic Disorder now known as Quirks.
This is a Story of Izuku Midoriya who was Chosen as a Ranger to become a Power Ranger to protect the Earth from the Invasion of the Drakkon Army and Unknown Threats who are now going to appear on their Planet. Witness how he Prove everyone that it is not the Power but the Heart what Makes him a True Hero.

After being kidnapped and forced to kill his mother, izuku got experimented on in order to make him a weapon against the heroes, but after he managed to escape he attempted to become a hero to fulfil his promise , but he has another idea in his mind as well; revenge for his mother. Izuku Midoriya had everything a normal Life can give him, a Home, a loving Family, he had everything except that of a Quirk. Izuku is part of the Minority in Hero Society. Those that do not possess a means of a Superpower, what they are called are Quirkless. Those that are Quirkless are shunned, forgotten, discriminated and treated like Filth, all because they do not possess a Quirk, rendering them useless in the Eyes of Hero Society, and Izuku is one of them. Faced with Discrimination all his Life, he stood his ground like everyone else as he and those like him could do nothing against it. But. A chance given to him, the Tools he needed to be the Hero he always dreamed about. Izuku Midoriya has the chance to show the World that the Quirkless can be a Hero. That they aren't useless in the Society. Question is, how much can a Man and its People endure when the System wants to prevent that Dream from happening? And what happens when they snap?
