The Terror of Lord Drakkon who set his Eyes in this World Morphing Grid to take full Control of this world. In Order to do this Drakkon has to Shatter the Grid Completely. While he Failed 200 Yeas and ago and the waste Energy released from Morphing Grid gave them the Genetic Disorder now known as Quirks.
This is a Story of Izuku Midoriya who was Chosen as a Ranger to become a Power Ranger to protect the Earth from the Invasion of the Drakkon Army and Unknown Threats who are now going to appear on their Planet. Witness how he Prove everyone that it is not the Power but the Heart what Makes him a True Hero.

everyone knows the story of Izuku Midoriya being quirkless in a world of quirks. In this story its the same but only females have quirks and the male population had gone down a lot to only 5% are left on earth. what Izuku doesn't know that he will be given a chance to be the first male hero.
