Hope didn't meet him till she was 13 and she just had anger for him but sooner or later they got along till Brandon disappears for months after there dad died.
Brandon was suffering from losing his dad and he never got along with his mom, so Brandon would drink all the time so he was never around for hope. But Brandon finally want to check on his sister to see how she's doing at the Salvatore school what will happen when hope sees him
