When Sparks Fly

Nel Michaels has never had anything come easy to her, not like her best friend Ronny who makes friends without batting an eye, gets invited to the biggest parties, and--oh yeah--gets to look forward to a thousand-dollar inheritance after graduating high school. Whereas, Nel still wears hand-me-down clothes and has no clue how she's going to be able to afford college.

Christian Callahan hated people controlling his life, so when he got the chance to rebel, he did. Now his family thinks he's capable of nothing but trouble, and even worse, Nel Michaels still only sees him as Ronny's younger brother. Or does she?

After sharing one unexpected, and surprisingly pleasant kiss, Nel and Christian can't ignore the sparks between them. She wants to find a way to make it stop, but he will do everything in his power not to loose her without a fight.
