It was a cold and gloomy night, nothing out of the ordinary, when the lights inside the house of the Darrel family went out... It was pitch black, your hand barely visible if you were to hold it in front of your face, when the sound of glass breaking was heard in the upstairs bedroom of the family's oldest daughter, Karman. John and Tammy Darrel ran up the stairs in panic worrying that their daughter had gotten hurt, but found a pool of blood in the doorway and a shattered window... Their daughter was gone, and for years they spent their time searching for answers, never to find a single clue, until the day they found her necklace... 20 years have passed and John and Tammy have finally found a potential suspect, but was he the cause of Karman's disappearance, or have they been chasing a fake trail created by the found necklace that once belonged to their beloved daughter? Time will tell as more clues of the gruesome story of what happened to Karman Darrel rise from the ground...

Uprooted

Everything was going fine. We were driving to the lake, like we had in the past. Then we were fighting. And then darkness. The detective said that it was an accident, that there was nothing suspicious about their deaths. But how about that large, deep cut? The clean-cut tree? Was there actually foul play involved? Can I solve my family's death? In a blink of an eye, my whole life was uprooted.
