A zombie outbreak has occurred. No one knows the details of what had happened. It happened all so suddenly, and so quickly. The super powered teen, Belle Coral, finds a group of survivors. They have to find out what happened, save the world and...stay alive.
So many questions, but barely any answers.
What actually happened?
How had it gone wrong?
And the biggest question of all... how do they free the world from the clutches of the zombies?
There was something off with these zombies and they just didn't know what. They were like controlled? But who could control them? And how?

At first they thought that they could defeat the zombies by killing them, by using their step watch to turn the zombies back to the humans they were. But when the zombies start to evolve and grow, they have close to no clue what is happening behind all these zombies. Until something happens to Belle, the mystery begins to fall apart. What actually happened? How can they turn the world of zombies back to the world of human, where everything had once been fine....

Let's get one thing straight here, I'm not a hero (I totally am, but I hear that these days being modest is in fashion or something, so I don't know man). I never planned on being a hero. Back by popular request! The 2017 rough draft of The Virus Within! (Caution: Contains massive plotholes that were fixed in the polished The Virus Within Series. Grammar issues are present, particularly missing commas.) What do you do when you are one of the infected? The virus in my blood is trying to steal my humanity. It alters my very thoughts and reactions. It taunts me by tempting me with desires that it planted in my brain. These bloodthirsty desires would lead to my demise if I ever gave in. I have more in common with the zombies than with humans at this point. Even the fallen zombies accept me as one of their own. Blood is required to retain my grip on sanity, but the sweet-smelling blood from humans is a short path to madness. Human blood is to be avoided at all costs. Humankind around the world was driven close to extinction by the sudden appearance of the zombies, yet small groups of survivors constantly manage to appear and put my control to the test. -------------------------- This is a standalone zombie book. It has nothing to do with A Different Virus. I wanted to try a book with an easily irritated main character and a nutcase secondary character. This book has a slightly darker outlook at the beginning than my usual stories, but it has some humor further along.
