Living with the infamous Muzan Kitbutsuji in ancient times when he first became a demon, Kiyoshi stuck by him thru it all. "See him turn into this creature this... horrible thing covered in teeth like spikes. It was hard to watch him like that, but he was the man I loved, and I wasn't gonna let anybody hurt him..." Kiyoshi was so in love with Muzan he let him become his whole world, leaving no room in it for himself. When Muzan decided he no longer needed him, he abandoned Yoshi, leaving the young man who had just turned a demon wondering what he was without him. Kiyoshi was left chained up and naked in the bed he made "love" in with Muzan. Watching the man he loved, walk away and say those dreadful words..."You are of no use to me anymore..."
