The new academic year begins today! Which means, *drumrolls*, faster and more regular updates!
~The 'Scotch Killer' has claimed another life, Taylor Smith, who was to begin her junior year today. This is the fourth victim in the last two months. The Scotch Killer hit the headlines with his third victim, Sandra Foster, the late daughter of the mayor, just two weeks ago.

Thomas O'Sullivan lives a comfortable life. Apart from the fact that his biological father was an abusive alcoholic and his elder brother is in rehab because of an overdose. Not to mention the constant nightmares and anger issues.

But other than THAT, everything's great. His family is incredible, with the most caring mother and step-father, and the most spirited step-sister. His grades are high, the job-shadowing at the hospital is interesting, and basketball helps him take his mind off things.

But his junior year begins with his classmates dying left and right, a disastrous tutor program, an annoying football player, and a secret app with no agenda apart from revealing everyone's secrets to the public.

Yes, the situation was slightly overwhelming.

But when everyone around you is in life-threatening danger, including yourself, the paranoia only makes you take reckless, rash decisions. And Tom has spent years training himself to avoid those moments. Unfortunately, Jeremy Jones, the annoying quarterback in question triggers every ending of his frayed nerves.

Confusing feelings and messy situations were not on Tom's bingo card for high school, but once they are here- the only way to get over them is by going through them, isn't it?
