After the straw hats have reunited, all seems well on the Thousand Sunny... Until the captain of the ship, Luffy, falls gravely sick.
With Luffy, Nami, and Zoro being the only members of the crew on the ship (the rest out gathering supplies) Nami is forced to use her limited knowledge of medicine to save Luffy.
2 Weeks later, Luffy wants to repay the favor to Nami...
