A girl named Nora who lives in Los Angeles in Beverly Hills was blasted with electro magnetic waves from the biggest blue diamond in the world, then she had lightning powers. She had to balance her school life and fighting crime.  She has to deal with her many activities in school and fight crime and back in time for curfew. But her best friend Cami meets Pandora better does she know that Pandora is a criminal. Her friend gets kidnapped in New York. She took her sister with her cause she knows her way around New York. Will Pandora take over the world? Will she succeed or fail?

Help comes from two unlikely people: Clint and Dominic who bring their own complications. As the problems keep building, Taylor is quickly learning that having an ability doesn't mean she knows how to protect the city, let alone herself. "It was amazing!!!
