Short story "A shoulder to cry on for delivery" "Rosie...." Instantly, tears began to pool again. "Is what I did right?" "Do you see the waves over there?" Rosé points at the river. "Calm and gentle, isn't it?" Y/n nods. "You see, love isn't just like a bittersweet coffee. It may also be a wave; calm and gentle at some days. But when a storm comes by, it gets rough and terrible. Others make it, while others not. It just shows how strong one's relationship is. Like a test, to see if the boat is wrecked or still good as new. If wrecked, then it is only right to end it. It will surely hurt, but the pain would only be momentary, better than the long lasting ones" "But I didn't end it because the boat is wrecked. I did it just so it can continue sailing without the worry of sinking. ㅡㅡㅡㅡ Life is short, they say. Time's ticking and yet, the flower of love remains wrapped around its delicate petals. Would she be able let those beautiful flowers blossom, just like her feelings for the lucky girl who caught her eyes? Or would she fail and let it die? Let the torns grow and hurt her. *Make sure to read book 1 first* [Mature alert] Like almost every dramatic romance novel, Roseanne Anne Lilian's story began with an evil stepmother, a scheming stepsister, and a dumb ex-fiance. At twenty, she fell prey to their grand scheme and became the laughingstock of the country. In despair, she left. Seven years later, Roseanne rose from the ashes. She was labeled as an empress, an iron lady, a genius, and a prodigy. She was Miss Tycoon. Now, at twenty-seven, Roseanne was an established businesswoman who was single-handedly controlling her multinational company abroad. She was beautiful, smart, and successful. Women envied her while men couldn't help but worship her ethereal beauty. Park Jimin's love for Roseanne was something that only he knew. Ever since they were children, he had his eyes on her. Yet, every time he had tried to confess, he would end up fainting from nervousness. So when Roseanne promised to marry him if he became richer than her, Park Jimin did not hesitate to leave the orphanage and work his way up just to become her man. Who would have thought that years later, when he was successful and feared by many, he would come back to an engaged Roseanne?
