Selena is 16 years old and she lives in a small town in Texas. She gets abused by her dad daily. It all began when Selena was 11. Her mom and her was driving back from the grocery store on a rainy day. It was thundering outside. When all of a sudden, her mom lost control over the car. They started to crash when Selena felt arms around her. Her mom died saving her. Her dad blamed her for her moms death and abused her ever since. Everyday, it became worse and worse.
