The Frankenstein Child

A little boy is placed into the foster care system. He is moved from home to home and struggles to make sense of his new life amongst strangers. Each new home brings its own set of challenges. Each new home he is placed in changes him. He is made up of parts and pieces that he picks up a long the way. Can the parts of him work together and thrive? Or will he end up another statistic, a victim of the system.
