A few of her classmates also happen to represent the gods and goddesses from popular Greek myths, and the fact that all of them are present means that something monumental is about to happen. . About 50 years ago, society began accepting regression. More research was done, and tests were then created and perfected to identify regressors and possible caregivers, along with matching them up and creating places spesifically for them. Daycares, playgrounds, hospital units. Everything was safe and accepting, from a legal standpoint at least. Jake was a regular college student. He played soccer, he went to his classes, he partied every other weekend, and he shared his dorm with his best friend, Mason. They both took the test at once, knowing what they'd likely be, but.. they weren't correct. Or even close. Now Jake's stuck with 3 caregivers, struggling to accept that he's a regressor, and having to adjust to his entire life changing in front of him without him having much of a say in it. At least he can still go into engineering like he wanted, right? Or is that being taken away from him too?

The "Please..." I hear her whimper and I go into full panic mode. "Calm down, okay? Deep breaths. Don't hang up. I'll be with you soon. Where are you?" I rush as I grab the car key sitting on the glass table. I run into the garage with my dad behind me. "What do you need?" Dad asks "A room. A big one." He runs back inside as I hear her voice again. It's okay, you're okay" I murmur reassuring words to her, thankful that there's no traffic. Several thoughts run through my mind as I drove to her house. The last time we spoke, she could barely stand me, but now she's calling me. I feel kinda used, but now's not the time to think about that. I reach her house in a matter of minutes and shove the door open. The house is quiet, save for my heavy breathing and footsteps. I reach the basement and take in the sight in front of me.
