Cressida is fifteen a years old girl, blue-eyed and orphaned. Still, that is better than the life of the golden eyes, the slaves. Still being punished for an uprising that occurred two hundred years ago. Cressida had never met an enchanted slave until she was sent away to work at the Larson estate, a noble family and advisor to the king. Cressida whilst working at the castle will set in motion a series of events forespoken of in a prophecy. She will be the key to restoring the balance between the two races.
