George has never had an easy life when he got the diagnosis: Tourette's Syndrome. Everywhere he goes, he appears to be the target of bullying which goes as far as physical abuse.

To calm down, he decides to go to the gym to exercise his sorrows away. He meets a boy there who appears to be in the gym every day, getting thinner every time George sees him.

The boy, Clay, is suffering from two less known eating disorders. Clean eating, pure foods, no sugar and obsessive exercising is controlling his life only to escape from his arguing parents day in day out. 

George has one worry. Will Clay accept him the way he is?

His grandpa is the only one who knows everything about him, but when he gets really sick and passes away, Clay's life completely collapses. To regain his control, he starts developing obsessive behaviour, getting so bad that it turns into OCD. The control he tried to regain gets lost even further with the day. But when the only place, his sport, he finds peace also gets ruined by bullies and his OCD, George is suddenly there to stick up for him when everyone else isn't. Clay finds himself alone, seeing his happiness slip away from one simple mistake. George doesn't have an easy home life, after noticing signs of possibly a muscle disease, his only wish is to get help for it, however his parents deny every word that is brought up about it.
