Bad's hood gives him flight but he can't go that fast. After he's done he can only jump a slab. So the 4 are just playing a casual manhunt with no powers as Dream stated in the rules. Though while Dream was winning again and George, being a dummy, used his powers! Then well... You'll read the rest! Cya luvs!
