Set in the summer of 1988, the boys of Pantera are found struggling with gaining stardom from their recent release of Power Metal. Unable to pay for necessities and Vinnie's booty shorts, the boys are able to snag jobs at their local Walmart. Unexpectedly, they are met with an old friend, Terry, formerly known as their original lead singer. What quickly becomes rivalry from past issues between the members, they find themselves competing for promotions to see who can earn the most money by the end of the year.
