Levi Walker was the type of boy to sit at the library while everyone was out partying. And though it sounds cliche, he was a total nerd. Not to mention he had a major problem when it came to talking. On top of having severe social anxiety, he also had a stutter. A stutter that made people make fun of him since he could remember.

One of the main people that made fun of him was someone by the name of Marco Rodgers.

Marco always went out of his way to make Levi's life a living hell. Levi always thought it was weird how Marco only targeted him and no other random person at their school, he figured it was only because of his stutter... he tried to avoid him at all costs, there was just one problem.

Marco was the brother of Levi's longtime best friend, Owen.

Things only get worse once Levi's dad goes on a business trip and he has to stay with the Rodgers family.
