Twice's age has been lowered using maths (explained in Welcome.. To UA chapter, to be 26) and Dabi has been aged up to be 24.
I was thinking of putting Mr.Giri (Mr.Compress x Kurogiri) but they don't make many appearances throughout the story.

The police want to send them to jail (duh) but nezu is like "AHHHHH hell nah!" and sends them to the new 'UA Villain Rehab program' where villains from ages 14-17 get to turn their life around and avoid jail!
