Vortex city was a inter dimensional plain, all manner of people walked the streets, living their own lives in their own worlds when they were awake, but once in deep sleep they would wake up here. You had been here for years, never leaving, never waking up anywhere else. Your dreams were a black obis you had learned to soar through.
