When Wilbur, who has become quite protective of his self-proclaimed 'internet brother', finds out about this, he won't let it go.

Ranboo is a nineteen year old merman. There's not much to his life, other than the fact that he's a merman. You may think it would be fun to be a merman or mermaid or merperson or whatever, but it's actually pretty boring. There's nothing to do besides swimming, swimming, and swimming some more. Ranboo's father is the king/god of the ocean. Now, that's pretty cool, right? Wrong! His father doesn't let him do anything. He has to stay at the castle all day and night doing jack shit. One day, when Ranboo sneaks out to go to the peer, he spots a boy, maybe just a year or two younger than him, in an unsafe ordeal. Ranboo's quick thinking saves the boy, and then Ranboo's life starts to change.
