Academy city, the world's most advanced place on earth, where 80% are students that are trained to become espers, people with supernatural psychic powers, filled with secret conspiracies, and experiments, to Misaka also known as the railgun this is nothing new... she faced it her whole life.
For Touma his life has been filled with nothing but bad luck, thanks to a hand that stops the supernatural including his luck, living in a city based on science, he discovers Index, a girl running from a magic cabal. Magic and science, two opposing sides are beginning to collide, but not before something else enters the equation.
As these sides collide, a new element is at play, that no one expected as to both Touma and Misaka, everything is about to change... and it all started when they found Alex, a boy in academy city without any identification or much memory of his past, holding a strange box.
Alex is sent into the middle of this conflict, with powers neither esper nor magic, he builds up his name.

A Certain Disaster (To Aru/Naruto fanfiction)
Introduction: The battle between the Three Great Factions ends in utter disaster. Or does it? Our heroes Accelerator, Dark Matter (Kakine Teitoku), and Railgun (Misaka Mikoto) find themselves in the Ninja World. Of course, not all is well for the unlucky trio. As you can imagine they are stuck and do not know how to return to their world. If only this were their only problem because the trio finds themselves in a slew of never ending troubles, but luckily they find a certain village hidden in the leaves.... Author's note: I do not own Naruto or the To Aru series. I only own the original plot of this story which may coincide with the plots of the other authors but will ultimately have its differences. I will consistently be editing the story and will throw out notes if I make any changes in past chapters that will affect the story progression. I love both these series, so this is my way of promoting them and having some fun with them at the same time. Although it is mostly just a writing exercise for myself so here goes nothing. If people want to comment and make notes on things I will consider accepting suggestions and give shout outs to people who help me along with the story. But Academy city isn't the only place that has espers. The European Union has created there own esper training facility. Mikoto Misaka is the third strongest Esper out of that 2.1 billion that dwell in Academy City, being also a prestigious student at the most high class all girl's school in the entire world. Naturally, having such high powers, she has faced many weird phenomenon within the city known for the weird and scientifically advanced. However.. her knowledge about the universe is challenged when she meets a particularly weak esper named Ben Tennyson, whose been living on the streets because he couldn't afford the dorm. It's been 2 months since Mikoto's powers were sealed away.. Mikoto has been confined to a wheelchair.. and it is now the day of her 16th birthday. She has never felt more useless.. and though her friends in Fairy Tail do all they can to try and cheer her up.. there is no escaping the terrible feeling of being powerless to protect her friends.. Then.. six mysterious beings appear in Academy City, calling themselves the Lost Ones. 3 of them, are beings called Quincies... 2 of them are magicians.. and one is a Level 5 esper long forgotten. They seem to have a vested interest in helping to restore Mikoto's lost powers... however, what do they have to gain from helping her? There is something more to this.. and like it or not..
