In which Vera Morales is the top assassin of her mafia and Xavier is the top of his. Vera and Xavier's mafias are close allies, even though Vera and Xavier can't stand each other- or at least that's how it seems.
How will things turn out when they're forced to work together in the biggest assassination of both of their careers?

"If you keep ending up in my bed late at night I'll start to think that you like me darling." He says adding a couple rings onto his fingers.
"I promise that I don't like you. I hate you!" I sit up from the bed looking around to find, yes I am indeed in his bedroom. "In fact, maybe 𝙮𝙤𝙪 like me; afterall, you didn't kick me out."

Vera hates Xavier and always has, ever since they were younger but is there more to it than just hatred? Ultimately there's only a fine line between love and hate..
