Bart Mayral is a man on the run. He unwittingly finds himself in the charming City of Rain. The locals take a liking to him and go so far as to set him up with a local girl named Lucy. At first, Bart resists the locals' attempts at match-making but soon finds that he is falling in love with more than just the city.
