The country of Ellywe is dying. Their unfair and maddened king poisons the land with his rules; banning the only thing that made Ellywe what it is today. It's creator. 

However, the people of Ellywe believe that their creator abandoned them in their time of need and left everything to the King that sits upon the throne today. Some people say that their creator died a long time ago and their faith faded away with their desire for longed freedom.

King Borothon got bored with the way people lived, so he decided to have some fun. He created a new law. Every five years, the first born of a chosen family, in every city, will be enlisted to become his Champion. Those chosen will have to try and win the King's favor, however he sees fit. Or they will be punished... with their lives.
